January 2009
Accused of the rape of his mother-in-law. After extensive conversations Managing Attorney Gina Tennen and her LibertyBell Law Group were able to persuade the investigator not to pursue the case.
25 years in prison
Case dismissed and client has no record.
Sexual assault of a minor. Managing Attorney Gina Tennen and local counsel Earle Parttington convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the case pursuant to the client's completion of a treatment program.

Our client was charged with forcible rape, attempted forcible oral copulation and penetration by a foreign object. Client was facing 24 years in prison and sex offender registration. Based on Ms. Tennen's presentation of evidence in our client's favor, the case was dropped.
Client was pulled over for speeding. After a search of our client's car, the police found a pipe and some marijuana in his vehicle.
Pre-file case was negotiated by a deferred entry and client was released on probation. Prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case early if client stays out of trouble. Probation will be terminated after 6 months and the case will be dismissed after 1 year.
November 2008
Client was charged with four counts: 1. Violation of Protective Order, 2. Vandalism, 3. Assault with a tear gas weapon and 4. Violation of a court order. Prior to trial, Managing Attorney Gina Tennen got the Protective Order Violation charge and the Vandalism charge dismissed. After a jury trial on the remaining two counts our client was found not guilty.
2 counts dismissed and a not guilty verdict on the remaining 2 counts.
