Both counts of 288(b)(1) dismissed. Client plead to amended count of 288(a) - lewd acts NOT involving force or fear. Negotiated deal for PROBATION and one year county jail.
3 Counts Check Forgery
After extensive negotiations with the prosecutor the client accepted a plea of 2 counts of a misdemeanor of altering instrument and obstruction of justice only. Client received probation until the completion of 6 days of community service.
Prefile: Sexual Abuse
After intensive time and dedication by our defense attorneys, who advised and counseled our client on how to go about handling his case with Child Protective Services, the case was found to be unsubstantiated.
Prefile - Statutory Rape
Client was being investigated for Statutory Rape. Due to the intervention of our criminal attorneys the investigation came to a halt and no case was filed.
Prefile - Sexual Misconduct with a Minor
After intervention by LibertyBell's defense attorneys no charges were filed and the investigation was dropped by both Child Protective Services and the Port Lucie Police Department.

1 year in jail; $3000 fine plus penalties and assessment; 6 month license suspension; vehicle impound; 9 month alcohol program.
Second count dismissed! Required 9 month alcohol class (because .17% BAC), and $390 fine plus penalties and assessments. No jail time! 3 years summary probation!

Felony Criminal Threats
Case was rejected. Not only was the case not filed, but the arrest (which involved helicopters and a police squad) was altered to reflect no arrest. Thus no arrest on record for client.

VC 40509.5 Failure to Appear at Arraignment
Case dismissed and the bench warrant was exonerated.
1 Count Aggravated Sexual Assault 2C:14-2a(1)-First Degree; 2 Counts Aggravated Sexual Assault 2C:14-2a(2)-First Degree; 2 Counts Sexual Assault 2C:14-2b -Second Degree; 1 Count Compounding 2C:29-4 -Third Degree; 2 Counts Endangering the Welfare 2C:24-4a - Second Degree
After hard work and dedication 5 counts were dropped. The client pled to 2 counts. Instead of serving prison time he was sentenced to serve time in a mental hospital for 5 years and 11 months.

DUI - Alcohol & Drugs
6 months driver's license suspension, court-approved DUI school, 5 years probation, fines, & 1 year in jail.
Driver's license not suspended due to a winning DMV hearing. No conviction on record. Participation in Informal Diversion program and 10 days community service.
2 counts Aggravated Sexual Assault
Pled to 1 count of aggravated sexual assault at 36 months summary probation.
DUI Vehicle Code 23152(a) and Vehicle Code 23152(b)
Reduced to a Wet Reckless. 36 month probation. 20 AA meetings, 3 months AB-541 Program attendance and 10 days community labor. No jail!

Grand Theft of Harley Davidson in Repo Investigation
Early intervention by our criminal attorneys resulted in the investigation by law enforcement and Harley Davidson came to a halt and the criminal case was not filed.
Prefile - Date Rape
